recommended to be ordered online at least 1 month prior to your bridal event.
CHAPEL & CATHEDRAL VEILS
recommended to be ordered online at least 3 months prior to your wedding day
CHAPEL & CATHEDRAL WITH FRENCH LACE
recommended to be ordered at least 6 months prior to your wedding day - as our high-quality French lace is imported directly from Italy
Based on our order volume, we may offer a faster turnaround time with this service however this is not guaranteed. These times are put in place to ensure timely production, shipping, and satisfaction with your choice.
Should you require your veil sooner for your event, please email for an estimate as if we have lower order fulfillments at that time, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Did you know we are located in a regional location?
We are located in Bunbury, Western Australia. All our veils travel to Perth Airport.
1 extra business day is added to shipping times below to accomodate for this travel.
Do you live in a regional location?
If you are in a regional location please note your veil will take slightly longer to arrive than a city destination.

Please note all veils are sent with a signature required at delivery point, if you are not home it will be sent to your local post office.

In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, promptly reach out to us at info@veloveils.com.au along with photos of the affected items within 2 days of receiving your veil.
Please note the above refund and return policy is sent to all customers who contact me through email. I require a written response before I accept your order and payment that I don’t accept returns or refunds.
